THE ROLE
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Technician to join our growing team. If you have experience working with marine engines, outboard motors, and boat systems, we want to hear from you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform maintenance and repairs on outboard motors (2-stroke and 4-stroke)
· Troubleshoot and diagnose engine, electrical, and fuel system issues
· Winterize marine units
· Perform PDI (pre-delivery inspection) on new and pre-owned boats
· Handle trailer service and wiring
· Assist with seasonal storage prep and launch
· Maintain a clean and organized work area
REQUIREMENTS
· Proven experience working on boats and marine engines
· Familiarity with brands like Yamaha, Mercury, Honda Marine, or similar
· Ability to read and interpret service manuals and wiring diagrams
· Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Marine mechanic certification (asset, not mandatory)
· Valid driver’s license
